With 25+ years of finance, accounting, operations, financial management and capital strategy, he has successfully structured multimillion-dollar financing transactions and advised companies on strategies that improve growth, liquidity, and long-term value. His leadership is driven by a commitment to delivering innovative financial solutions and building lasting relationships with clients, investors, and capital partners.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University.
